Purpose:	The major objective of this project is to protect family helpers from the fraudulent abuses practiced by certain recruitment agencies. To this end, the organization plans to develop a prevention guide. This tool will cover 1) the dishonest methods that some agencies use to recruit people; 2) ways of identifying such practices; 3) the remedies offered by the host organization against abusive practices.
