Purpose:	The proposed initiative aims to reduce the cultural and social barriers faced by women survivors of family violence through training in the Women’s Ambassador program, public education, and resource development. The women ambassadors will engage the community in better understanding the dynamics of family violence and explore solutions in resolving the issues within a cultural context. CCNCTO will also update bilingual information on the website and produce and distribute a handbook and DVD on family violence for the media and community.
