Purpose:	This project will assist 150 women living in poverty in the North End of Winnipeg (including an estimated 100 Aboriginal women) by increasing their access to information, benefits and entitlements. The women will develop tools and generic skills training to develop the confidence, strength and skills to speak and negotiate for themselves, make informed decisions, and take ownership over the issues that affect their lives.
