Purpose:	This three year project will develop and test a series of programs and services to cater to the 505,000 women and children in Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon. Working with its partners, the YWCA will create three self-sustaining program/service delivery operations to respond to the specific needs of Aboriginal and northern women. At the end of the project, culturally adapted health services, empowerment, entrepreneurial job training, child care and violence prevention programs will be established.
Comments:	Contribution agreement for a Multi-year of a 4 years (2007-2010).
