Purpose:	This project will provide direct support to a vulnerable population of low-income women in their middle years (40 to 64), by working to increase their self-reliance and economic security through the development of community supports.The project will provide telephone housing referral support, facilitatied weekly drop-in and monthly planning sessions for women to identify needs, promote leadership and develop personal strategies for the future. These women and their partners will also host a consultation and four themed workshops with practitioners and participants.
