Purpose:	This 24-month project will engage participants in developing/adapting innovative strategies and supports to increase recruitment and retention of women in non-traditional and other sectors where they remain under-represented. It will also engage employers, training partners and other industry stakeholders in providing meaningful employment and training opportunities for women in these sectors. This project in the La Mauricie region targets women of this region as well as those of Central Quebec. The results will be disseminated to organizations across the province.
