Purpose:	This 28 month project will work with students and other key campus stakeholders at the North Island College in Port Alberni, BC. The project will develop strategies to respond to sexism and campus safety issues facing female students enrolled in male dominated programs at the College. The project will also develop culturally appropriate strategies to address the concerns of older women and aboriginal women on campus and work to engage young men on campus as allies and change leaders.
