Women's Program Service Standards

Status of Women Canada has established service standards for the Women's Program for the timely delivery of the following: acknowledgement of receipt of application forms and payments.

Acknowledgement

  • Our goal is to acknowledge receipt of your application form within two business days.
  • Should further documentation or clarification be required, Status of Women Canada will contact applicants within 10 business days of receipt of their applications.

Payments

  • Our goal is to issue payments within 20 business days of the successful fulfillment of requirements outlined in the funding agreement.

Please note that achievement of these service standards is a shared responsibility. Applicants must submit all required documentation in a timely fashion.
