The Honourable Rona Ambrose, Minister of Public Works and Government Services and Minister for Status of Women, will make an important announcement for girls in Canada and across the world. Minister Ambrose will be joined by Rosemary McCarney, President and CEO of Plan Canada and Dr. Chris Spence, Director of Education for the Toronto District School Board.

Directly following her announcement, the Minister, along Dr. Spence will address participants at the “Young Women on the Move” conference.
