Amber Paulson: Canadian Pioneer
I work at a copper mine just outside Logan Lake.
I have my journeyman's ticket in Red Seal in instrumentation.
It would be anything to do with pressure control and anything
that needs measuring, so like any sensors of pressure flow,
temperature, even into like valving
and pneumatics and hydraulics.
It's kind of like a little bit of all the trades
but on a small scale.
I was lucky enough to work under a woman journeyman so I guess I
But having met her made it a lot easier to get
into the field for sure.
Pick something you're going to enjoy and don't worry
about the other obstacles.
Everything will kind of fall in line if you work hard.
