Applying GBA+ to the Case Study: Evaluation and Monitoring Function

GBA+ Considerations:

• different indicators may be required for different groups of women and men; and,
• who you consult and how you collect data for evaluation purposes is as important as the type of data you collect.

GBA+ Strategies:

• is there equality of access to the programs, services or resources by diverse groups of women, men, girls and boys of the target population?
• are measures in place to recognize and remedy differences in equality of access, program delivery gaps or potential risks? For example, do emergency shelters provide access to safe space, particularly for women, girls and vulnerable populations?
