Summary

The GBA+ process includes a number of important elements. Sometimes the process may be done from start to finish, while at other times the elements may be completed in a different order.

The important thing to remember is that this process can be adapted to your work at any point; it is never too early or too late. GBA+ can be applied throughout the policy process, from research and early investigation to monitoring and evaluation.

And, with some practice, you will develop a GBA+ reflex; considering GBA+ factors will become part of your day-to-day work and will be integrated into your thought processes.
