GBA+ Options

Using GBA+ means that you are taking a gender-sensitive approach to your work. Completion of your GBA+ may reveal that gender is not a factor in your initiative or it may reveal a whole new set of GBA+-related considerations. However, the only way to know if you need to apply GBA+ to a particular initiative is to systematically apply it to all initiatives.

Two examples of GBA+ options are GBA+-specific and GBA+-integrated. The GBA+ process will normally assist you in determining which option is best suited to a given situation.
