| Purpose: | The purpose of this project is to enhance the organizational capacity of women members of this agency, by drawing up a three-year strategic plan and striking a women's committee within the agency. The strategic plan will make it possible to set priorities, highlight women's expertise within the agency, and set up management mechanisms to promote participation and leadership by women. The strategic plan will have three main components: (a) development and strengthening of community partnerships; (b) co-operation by women in drawing up a three-year strategic plan; and (c) organization of workshops and discussion meetings aimed at initiating implementation of the strategic plan. |
