Purpose: The aim of this project is to positively impact social and economic wellness and inclusion for racialized women and women who experience discrimination. The project will use a community development and community empowerment model whereby participants will be trained in various facilitation methods and popular education to support community strategies to address discrimination against women. Project participants, themselves women affected by discrimination, will deliver workshops through their respective communities. Participants will also develop a tool kit/manual for best practices in education for change.
