Purpose: A number of high risk behaviours have been identified that threaten the health and safety of young women in the community and leave them vulnerable to violence and abuse. This project aims to increase safety for girls and young women through health and wellness education, skill building, leadership development, and mentoring. Project activities will include workshops, mentorship training, and dissemination of written information about risky behaviours and community supports available.
