| Purpose: | This volunteer driven project is aimed at reducing barriers to women accessing resources they need to move forward in their lives. Through support, skill development workshops, and information/awareness sessions, women can develop skills that enable them to address access barriers. This project utilizes a peer support approach that is responsive to the diversity of women’s experiences and is of particular benefit to women who are marginalized and therefore do not fit the criteria of traditional programs. |
