Purpose: The project will recruit and train potential women leaders from immigrant and refugee communities to become mentors/peer support for women in their communities to assist immigrant and refugee women in accessing information and services to address issues of sexual and reproductive health and rights. Women from immigrant and refugee communities will be consulted in the development of the training curriculum. Mentorship training will be provided in five mid-sized urban centres as well as online. The mentors will be supported by online and phone support in their efforts to support the women in their communities.
