Purpose: This project, Hidden by Exclusion Phase III – Moving Forward, will work to increase socio-economic stability and economic resiliency of marginalized women in the Cranbrook area who face barriers such as discrimination and racism by increasing their knowledge and skills in areas such as: personal preparedness, pre-employment skill building, job search skills, and entrepreneurship training. The project will offer support to the women through individual support, group sessions, and peer support, The project will build on the work done in previous phases of the project by expanding upon the populations of women who will be participating.
