| Purpose: | Building on a previous phase, this project will promote positive change both for sex workers and for area residents and businesses by training women to provide security to the WISH Wellness Centre to assist them in developing pre-employability skills. This will be carried out through the development and implementation of best practices for the training, employment and retention of street-involved women, offering peer outreach to an additional 100 women, and expanding staff coaching, a peer buddy system and one-on-one coaching. |
