| Purpose: | This 24-month project will engage participants in developing/adapting innovative strategies and supports to increase recruitment and retention of women in non-traditional and other sectors where they remain under-represented. This project will work with women interested in, training for, or employed in careers in the trades throughout Newfoundland and Labrador. |
