| Purpose: | The purpose of this 24 month project is to draw together youth and representatives who participated in the healthy relationships program over the past five years, across Canada, in order to share best practices. Best practices will then be disseminated among the 100 organizations present and thousands of youth served by them. Canadian women’s foundation will then conduct the follow-up and evaluation to measure the impact of the knowledge transfer. Additionally, a special youth advisory council will be formed and will assist in the development of the national meeting, the lead up and follow-up. |
