| Purpose: | This 24-month project will build collaboration between five family violence shelters in the Northwest Territories and community service providers to identify and pilot promising practices to respond to sexual violence against women and girls. Project partners, including health, law enforcement and government officials, will work together to develop a protocol for service agencies to better respond to sexual assault and improve access to support services in the communities of Yellowknife, Hay River, Fort Smith, Inuvik and Tuktoyaktuk. |
