| Purpose: | This 24-month project will work to improve the economic prosperity of women by helping them better prepare for retirement. The organization will work in partnership with the Centre de services aux entreprises du Cégep Marie-Victorin to adapt tools and review its financial preparation for retirement programs based on the needs identified by women. The gender-specific programs and promotional tools will be piloted in private companies and public and para-public bodies. They will then be incorporated into the Centre’s current programming, offered through a large network of colleges in Quebec. |
