Marie-Claude Boisvert - Stories - Women's History Month 2014

I'm a chartered accountant by profession
and I've always had an entrepreneurial spirit.
We offer financing to help hundreds
of entrepreneurs fulfill their dreams.
We understand what it means to be an entrepreneur
looking ahead to the future, and we try to find solutions
for their growth, development, for export, and so on.
That's what I do every day.
I work with 400 portfolio businesses and have
$1.7 billion under management.
That's my passion - helping others fulfill their dreams.
These days, you can't do it alone because everything
is so big and fast-paced.
You need people around who complement you,
who think differently than you.
And I think the best quality a person can have, man or woman -
but especially for women because we tend
to follow the male model - is to remain true to yourself.
