Purpose: Redresse toi is a three-year pilot project to be implemented by Collectif des femmes immigrantes du Québec for the purpose of assisting 300 immigrant women to become fully integrated into their host society. To this end, the organization intends to hold a series of pre employability workshops to meet the specific needs of participants with a view to increasing their chances of conducting successful job searches. Should the pilot project have conclusive results, Collectif is committed to including it in its regular programming without additional funding from SWC. Further to consultations with Emploi Québec, it was determined that this project does not encroach on areas of provincial jurisdiction.
