Purpose: A 24 month project to work with women in low-income situations to provide training, support, and mentorship based on the Sustainable Livelihoods model. The model assists low income women to build and manage financial assets that can provide short and long term income-earning opportunities. This training will be coupled with paid work experience so that women may earn an income while building assets in their lives to become economically self-reliant over time.
