Purpose: The Femmes en formation, femmes en emploi project aims to facilitate the integration and retention of women in the labour market, to encourage girls and women to diversify their career choices, and to increase the number of women working in male-dominated trades. The Table would like to develop leadership among women who work in traditionally male jobs so they can become mentors to the next generation and increase the female labour force among local employers. The organization intends to introduce reliable mechanisms that will help stakeholders and employers work towards a shared vision of employment equity that can improve the economic situation of women.
