Purpose: During this four-month project women working in technology companies and CEOs will be invited to participate in 4 focus groups (Saint John, Montréal, Toronto and Calgary) to get insights and share knowledge on diversity programs that are making a difference. Six professional development workshops and mentoring sessions will be conducted for women in technology companies who are looking to improve their leadership skills and advance into management positions. To attract young women to consider a career in the technology sector, an interactive website will be developed and targeted towards young women in high schools, colleges and universities.
