| Purpose: | This 36-month project will promote leadership through economic empowerment for women. Participants will receive leadership training and mentorship, and will strengthen their skills and confidence by engaging with their community, as leaders. The project will create a best-practice model that will be tested with participants, and will then be shared with other community organizations across the country. A formal evaluation of the project will be conducted. |
