Purpose: This 30-month project will develop and pilot a sustainable mentoring model to address obstacles to women's advancement in the automotive services industry in the regions of Montréal, Quebec City, and Mauricie. The project will build partnerships between key stakeholders and women to identify industry barriers, priorities and opportunities. A formal and structured mentorship model will then be developed and implemented with employers within the target regions. A cybermentoring component will be added in order to facilitate the model’s implementation in small businesses throughout Quebec.
