| Purpose: | This 30-month project will pilot a sustainable mentorship model to address barriers that limit the advancement of professional women and women entrepreneurs in Quebec’s small and medium-sized information and communications technology (ICT) companies. In collaboration with women and key partners in the industry and business community, the project will develop and pilot a mentorship model to address the barriers faced by women seeking leadership roles within the industry. The model will be integrated into the organizations’ regular activities and will be made available to members within the ICT industry across Quebec. |
